Provision of the Dean the Faculty of Science, University of South Bohemia, of 9 March 2021 on Extraordinary Measure
Based on the Extraordinary Measure of the Ministry of Health No. MZDR 9364 / 2021-1 / MIN / KAN, I allow the personal presence of employees and students of the Faculty of Science of USB at the workplaces of the Faculty of Science from March 15, 2021 only provided that the employee undergoes a PCR test for the presence of SARS-CoV-2 virus, POC antigen test for the presence of SARS-CoV-2 virus antigen, or a preventive test for the presence of SARS-CoV-2 virus antigen and its result is negative.
Only employees and students of the Faculty of Science of USB whose presence at the workplace is necessary will be tested.
The following employees/students are exempt from testing:
- Those who have undergone laboratory-confirmed COVID-19 disease, and their isolation has expired in accordance with the applicable emergency measure of the Ministry of Health, show no signs of COVID-19 disease, and since the first positive RT-PCR test for SARS-CoV-2 or POC antigen test for the presence of SARS-CoV-2 virus antigen has not passed more than 90 days,
- Those who have a certificate issued by the Ministry of Health of the Czech Republic for vaccination against COVID-19, and at least 14 days have passed since the application of the second dose of vaccine in the case of a two-dose schedule according to the Summary of Product Characteristics (SPC). Or, in the case of a single dose schedule under the SPC, at least 14 days have passed since the application of the vaccine, and the vaccinated person does not show any signs of COVID-19.
The employee/student is obliged to prove the above.
Employees/students are required to follow the COVID-19 Testing Instructions, which are attached to this measure.
This measure shall take effect on 9 March 2021.
