Delivery of Documents

Substitute Delivery of Documents (Notice of the Possibility to Collect a Document) under §25 of Act No. 500/2004 Coll., the Administrative Procedure Code.
The University of South Bohemia in České Budějovice hereby informs the participant listed below that they may collect the specified document at the Study Department of the Faculty of Science, University of South Bohemia, Branišovská 1760, 37005 České Budějovice (Faculty of Science building "A", 2nd floor), where the document is stored. The document can be collected during the office hours of the Study Department – the current office hours can be found HERE.
The document listed below could not be successfully delivered to the address that the participant provided to the University of South Bohemia in České Budějovice as their contact address.
On the fifteenth day after this notice is posted, the document is considered delivered.
