The document can be collected during the office hours of the Study Department – the current office hours can be found HERE.

The document listed below could not be successfully delivered to the address that the participant provided to the University of South Bohemia in České Budějovice as their contact address.

On the fifteenth day after this notice is posted, the document is considered delivered.
