Faculty of Science USB Announces Competition for Two Faculty Doctoral Positions
Effective January 1, 2026, the Faculty of Science at the University of South Bohemia announces a competition for two doctoral positions funded by the faculty. One position will be filled during the winter admission period and the other during the summer admission period for four-year doctoral programs. Application deadlines are January 20, 2026, and May 20, 2026. Each position includes a stipend at the level of guaranteed doctoral income and an annual budget of CZK 100,000 for the dissertation project. Applicants must be current master’s students or graduates of FSci USB and meet specific conditions, including department nomination and involvement in teaching. Detailed requirements and evaluation criteria are provided in Dean’s Measure D134.
