About the programme
The program is aimed at gaining a good overview of current knowledge and issues of zoology, animal ecology and evolutionary biology, and mastering the modern methodologies of these disciplines. The program offers a wide range of research topics for dissertations focusing on animal systematics and phylogeny, genetics, ecology and behavior of invertebrates, fish, birds and mammals, including humans.The program is accredited jointly with the Biology Centre of AS CR in České Budějovice

You will learn to:- use advanced knowledge from the study of zoology, animal ecology and evolutionary biology and master the basic modern methodologies of these fields,
- use professional oral and written speech with a focus on writing professional publications and grant applications,
