About event

"Seznamovák JU" is a traditional introductory event for first-year students at the University of South Bohemia. This year, we are excited to welcome you to the 13th edition of this popular event!

The event will take place from 17 to 20 September 2026 at the Vranovská pláž campsite.

You can look forward to a program packed with teambuilding, sports, culture, and adrenaline. Highlights include the "NaStojáka" stand-up comedy show, a swing jump, campfires, sports tournaments, and much more.

There will also be a dedicated info session about university life. You will learn how to navigate the IS STAG system, use the StuduJU app, and get handy tips on how to successfully manage your studies at our university. This highly successful event for freshers has been organized from the very beginning by the Student Union of the University of South Bohemia in cooperation with student clubs such as ESN USB Budweis, PushRun, Jamfire, and others.
