We would like to inform you about the international BIP MoCuHer: Molecules in Cultural Heritage meeting, which will take place online on 21 August 2026, followed by an on-site programme at the Faculty of Science from 24 to 29 August 2026.

 

The programme is intended primarily for students participating in the Erasmus+ programme. However, the lectures will also be open to other students, university staff, and anyone else interested.

 

Participants can look forward to lectures by international experts, laboratory workshops, student presentations, networking activities, and a scientific excursion to the TU Wien X-Ray Centre.

 

In keeping with the meeting’s motto, “Molecules are ubiquitous, and cultural heritage encompasses a broad spectrum of materials, contexts, and disciplines,” the programme has an interdisciplinary focus and is open to students from a wide range of academic and scientific fields.
