On the Organizational Arrangements for Recognition of Courses from International Mobility

as amended on the 9^th of January 2026

In connection with Rector’s Measure R617 on the automatic recognition of courses completed as part of international study mobility or through distance fulfilment of foreign courses, I issue this measure to implement automatic recognition of courses under the conditions of the Faculty of Science.

Article 1. Procedures and Deadlines

The procedures and deadlines specified in Measure R617 apply under the conditions of the Faculty of Science.

Article 2. Definition of Persons

1. “Administrator” means the study officer managing the studies of a specific student, or another person authorized by the Vice-Dean for Study;
2. “Coordinator” means the officer for international relations responsible for managing mobility programs;
3. “Authorized Person” means the Vice-Dean for Studies.

Article 3. Final Provisions

This measure enters into force on the date of its issuance.
