Faculty laboratories

The faculty laboratories were established as a separate organizational unit of the Faculty of Science, University of South Bohemia. Their main tasks include:

• Technical support and assistance for practical teaching.
• Management of laboratory instruments and equipment.
• Procurement of chemicals, glassware, protective equipment, and other consumables for teaching.
• Collection point for hazardous waste (chemicals, fluorescent tubes, toners, sharps, etc.) – contact person: Ms. Eva Švejdová (phone: +420 389 032 284, room 203, 1st floor, building A; office hours: 7:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m., or by prior telephone arrangement).
• Managing access to classrooms for teaching staff.
• Technical and material support for fieldwork based on teachers’ requirements.
