Instructions for graduations held on 4 March 2025

Dear Graduates,

You have successfully completed your Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral studies at the Faculty of Science, for which I heartily congratulate you. Now you are going to graduate, which will take place on 4 March 2024 at DK Metropol on Senovážné Square.

We would like you and your loved ones to have fond memories of the graduation, so I hope that you will join us in making sure that the graduation is smooth and dignified. To do this, among other things, you need to familiarize yourself with the ceremony script and rehearse some parts before the actual ceremony. Therefore, we ask that you arrive on time for the briefing, which begins at 9:15 am.

The graduation ceremony is set to begin at 10:00 am.

Guests who are invited to the graduation should be informed that they will be able to take their seats in the hall approximately 20 minutes before the ceremony starts (i.e. from 9:40). There should be plenty of seating.

If any of you know for certain that you will not be attending the graduation ceremony, please let the Office of Student Services know.

Congratulations again on your successful completion of your studies and I look forward to seeing you on graduation day.
