Dear Graduates,
You have successfully completed your bachelor's, master's, or doctoral studies at the Faculty of Science, for which I sincerely congratulate you. Now you have your graduation ceremony ahead of you. The graduation ceremony will take place on June 25, 2026, in the JU Auditorium.
The graduation ceremony held in English language starts at 15:15. It is dedicated to all study programmes taught in English language.
We would very much like you and your loved ones to have fond memories of the graduation ceremony, so I am counting on you to work with us to ensure that the ceremony runs smoothly and with dignity. Among other things, this requires that you familiarize yourself with the ceremony script and rehearse some parts of it before the ceremony itself. Therefore, I kindly ask you to arrive for the briefing starting at 14:30.
Please inform the guests you invite to the graduation ceremony that they will be able to take their seats in the hall approximately 20 minutes before the ceremony begins. There should be enough seats for everyone. Parking will be available at the K4 dormitory (entrance from Na Sádkách Street; https://mapy.com/s/redakanata) or at the student parking lot at JVTP (https://mapy.com/s/mecumavusa).
Please be aware that number of guests is limited to 5 per graduate.
If any of you know for certain that you will not be attending the graduation ceremony, please inform the Department of Student Affairs.
Once again, congratulations on successfully completing your studies, and I look forward to seeing you on graduation day.
