National Information Days on the Horizon Europe calls for 2027
Series of National Information Days on the Horizon Europe calls for 2027 are organised by the Technology Centre Prague – National Information Centre for European Research (NICER). The individual events will take place between October 2026 and March 2027 and will focus on the thematic clusters of Horizon Europe, Research Infrastructures, and the European Research Area (ERA).
27 October 2026, 10:00–12:00 – National Information Day on Cluster 5: Climate, Energy and Mobility
The event will take place online and will introduce the Cluster 5 calls for 2027. The programme will provide information on developments related to the final phase of Horizon Europe and its future direction, followed by dedicated sessions focusing on climate, energy, and mobility topics. Speakers will include experts from the Technology Centre Prague and the Ministry of Transport of the Czech Republic.

3 November 2026, 9:30–12:30 – National Information Day on Cluster 1: Health
The online information day will focus on new Horizon Europe opportunities in the field of health, relevant activities under the Cancer Mission, and co-funded European Partnerships in the area of health.

11 November 2026 – National Information Day on Cluster 4: Digital, Industry and Space and European Partnerships
The event will be held in a hybrid format, both in person at the Technology Centre Prague and online. It will focus on the 2027 Horizon Europe calls in the areas of digital technologies, industry and space, as well as related European Partnerships. A detailed programme will be provided by the organisers at a later stage. Participants can choose between in-person and online attendance when registering.

19 November 2026, 9:30–14:30 – National Information Day – Horizon Europe – Life Sciences / Cluster 6
The Technology Centre Prague, in cooperation with the Czech University of Life Sciences Prague, is organising an in-person information day dedicated to newly opened opportunities in the life sciences. The main focus will be on Cluster 6 – Food, Bioeconomy, Natural Resources, Agriculture and Environment, while relevant European Missions, the LIFE Programme, and EIT Food opportunities will also be presented. The programme will also include experience-sharing by successful beneficiaries of European projects. The event will take place in person at the Technology Centre Prague and will be held in English.

15 December 2026 – National Information Day on ERA
The online information day will focus on the European Research Area (ERA). The event schedule and registration details have not yet been published.
18 February 2027, 9:30–15:00 – National Information Day on Research Infrastructures
The in-person information day at the Technology Centre Prague will introduce the 2027 Horizon Europe calls focusing on Research Infrastructures. A total budget of EUR 339.50 million has been allocated to this area for 2027, distributed across ten topics under four destinations: INFRADEV, INFRAEOSC, INFRASERV, and INFRATECH. The calls are expected to open on 9 March 2027, with a deadline of 15 June 2027. The information day will also introduce new opportunities in the form of so-called Bridging Actions.

11 March 2027 – National Information Day on Cluster 3: Civil Security for Society
The hybrid information day will focus on the 2027 Horizon Europe calls under Cluster 3 – Civil Security for Society. The event will take place at the Technology Centre Prague and online. A detailed programme will be provided at a later stage; however, registration for both in-person and online participation is already open.
