Spring Volunteer Work in the Faculty Garden
In the first half of March, a spring volunteer work session took place in the faculty garden. Participants turned and distributed the compost, cleaned the pond, carried out maintenance work on the dune and the gravel path, raked leaves, and filled the insect house. The next volunteer session is planned for 13 April. A bulb collection for further planting is still under way.

Sustainability Working Group Meeting
A meeting of the Sustainability Working Group was also held. The group discussed a student biodiversity project as well as current faculty and university topics related to sustainability, including wastewater holding tanks, laboratory operations, the Health Day programme, involvement in the European Sustainable Development Week, and Researchers’ Night.
