Terms and Conditions for 2025/2026
Teaching Mobility (STA)
- Duration: minimum 2 days, maximum 5 days
- Open to academic staff only
- Minimum teaching requirement: 8 hours per week or proportionally less for shorter stays
- Mobility must take place at a partner university in an Erasmus+ programme country (Europe, excluding the UK and Switzerland)
- The applicant must be employed by the Faculty of Science at the time of the mobility
- For destinations within 500 km (as per the distance calculator), the use of a “green” mode of transport is mandatory
Training Mobility (STT)
- Duration: minimum 2 days, maximum 5 days
- Open to both academic and non-academic staff
- Mobility can take place at a higher education institution (Europe, excluding the UK and Switzerland) or any public/private organization in an Erasmus+ programme country active in the labour market, education, training, or youth work
- Eligible activities include job shadowing, staff weeks, language courses, and cooperation development (excluding conferences)
- The applicant must be employed by the Faculty of Science at the time of the mobility
- For destinations within 500 km, the use of a “green” mode of transport is mandatory
Combined STA and STT Mobility
- Duration: minimum 2 days, maximum 5 days
- Includes both teaching (minimum 4 hours per week or proportionally less) and training activities
- Mobility must take place at a partner university (typically 5 days plus 2 travel days)
- The applicant must be employed by the Faculty of Science at the time of the mobility
- For destinations within 500 km, the use of a “green” mode of transport is mandatory
