Call for Applications under the ERASMUS+ Program for Students and Staff

The Faculty has announced:

The first round of the selection process for Erasmus+ practical placements for the 2026/2027 academic year for students.

Practical placements may take place from September 1, 2026, to August 31, 2027; the Faculty may support placements for a maximum duration of 3 months.

Please submit your application and all required documents by May 29, 2026, at 12:00 PM (noon) at the latest. Applications may be submitted via email.

Please note that there have been changes to the conditions; therefore, we recommend that you carefully review all available information, which, along with the forms, can be found on the Outgoing Erasmus students - traineeship webpage.

Please pay close attention to the selection procedure.

Opportunity for both academic and non-academic/administrative staff of the Faculty of Science to participate in a teaching placement or training through the Erasmus+ program during the 2026/2027 academic year. 

These include stays of up to one week at partner universities, staff weeks, job shadowing, or training courses. For a teaching stay, you must teach at least 8 hours at the partner institution. It cannot be a conference.

The Erasmus+ program offers the possibility of covering travel and living expenses within the limits specified on the website.
